By using this website and proceeding with booking appointments, the user agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below, as well as the guidelines regarding psychological follow-up. This agreement aims to clarify the rules that must be followed by both the psychologist and the client during the therapeutic process:
- Personal Data: The use of this website does not require the provision of personal data, but when requesting information or scheduling appointments, the user must provide the necessary data (name, date of birth, email), which will be treated confidentially.
- Confidentiality and Records: All information shared during sessions will be treated confidentially, in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Portuguese Psychologists' Order. Sessions will not be recorded, but the psychologist may take written notes for memory and supervision purposes, always ensuring data confidentiality.
- Payments and Scheduling: Appointments must be paid for, via bank transfer, at least 24 hours in advance to secure the booking. In case of client delay, the delayed time will be deducted from the total session time. If the Psychologist is late, the lost time will be compensated at the end of the session.
- Changes and Cancellations: Changes to the date and time of appointments and cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the appointment fee will not be refunded. In case of cancellation of already paid appointments, the amount will not be refunded.
- Duration and Regularity of Sessions: Sessions last 50 minutes. The regularity of sessions will be agreed upon in the first session and may be adjusted as needed throughout the therapeutic process. The therapeutic agreement may be terminated at any time by either party.
- Use of the Website: The user agrees to use the website for personal and non-commercial purposes only, respecting intellectual property rights and site content. The site is subject to temporary changes and interruptions for maintenance. The website may contain links to other sites, for which the psychologist is not responsible.
- Consent: By proceeding with the appointment booking, both parties agree to the terms established in this agreement.
